"Hi guys. I got my replacement iPAQ battery yesterday - less than four days from order to receipt from California to Melbourne is pretty impressive. Battery replacement was a cinch, helped by the clear instructions. If you haven't already, you might want to include instructions for battery replacement in the expansion sleeve(s). I had no trouble diving in on mine (same Torx screw size and the plastic lever is quite useful), but others may be less confident. The only real issue is that the ribbon on the replacement battery is a little shorter than the original, so it's quite a tight fit with some strain, but so far seems OK. After a full charge and then turning on the unit, the battery indicator would zoom to a 50% level within seconds and gradually deplete itself within half a hour. "Thank you for sending my battery so quickly. I have a Sony Clie TJ-27. Your site does not have the specific instructions for replacing it, but I suspected the side door was the battery cover. I printed off the TJ-25 instructions just in case I needed them. I used your tiny screwdriver to unscrew the "Y" screw on the cover, then removed the battery and connector. I slid the new one in in the same orientation and pushed the connector on also, mimicking the original (per your recommendations). Holy cow, it only took me 10 minutes to do it.
