I know my battery part number and you list my part number on your website but you do not list the device that I want to use the battery in, will it still work?

Do not assume our battery will work in your device just because you see the part number listed on our website. Here are two scenarios as to what might happen if you were to order our battery based on part number alone.

Scenario 1: In the electronic world the same part number can be used by two different manufacturers of a device. For example the device model name MX-880 used by Logitech is also used by UCR. Imagine buying a battery for a Logitech MX-880 but you try using it in your UCR device. It won't work even though the battery part number is the same. Two different devices from two different manufacturers using the same name and same battery part number BUT completely different physical specification and programming requirements.

Scenario 2: I see the battery part number on your site and it is used for the same manufacturer but a different model then is what is listed on your site. Do not assume that the battery listed for one model in a manufacturer series will be the same for all models in the series. Rarely is this the case and 50% of the time you will be disappointed. You must match not only the battery part number but the precise model on our site to insure compatibility. If you do not then you risk being disappointed at best and ruining the battery or your device at worse.

As always before you buy if ever you need any help choosing the right battery please contact us by phone, or text, or email.
