What if it takes longer than 3 business days from the ship date to receive my order?
Currently, all carriers have suspended usual transit time guarantees. However, if after receiving your order, UPS/USPS tracking confirms that the carrier did not make a delivery attempt at your location or PO Box address within 3 business days of the ship date (Monday-Friday, EXCLUDING: holidays, address errors, and other delays outside carrier's control), please contact us so we can help to make sure your order delivers ASAP.
