"This is a great company to deal with. Great customer service. They sent the correct battery replacement for my Kindle E reader along with the tools to help with the installation. I’m so glad I went this route instead of purchasing a new Kindle. YouTube videos helped a lot with understanding the process. I’m really pleased that my 10-year-old. "Battery did what I needed it to do (fix my old Kindle) but more importantly, this is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Apparently the battery I ordered is often ordered by mistake so they called (and texted when I didn't pick up an unknown number!) to make sure I had the right Kindle before sending it out. And it still shipped out that day, and got here in plenty of time to get my Kindle fixed before vacation. 10/10"
