What if I refuse an order from BatteryShip when it is delivered because I changed my mind
Refusing it is not a good idea. Some batteries are considered hazardous materials in the shipping process and so some carriers have a policy of disposing of the item instead of returning it. IF the package makes it back to us in good condition within the 30 day money back guarantee period, then we will process the return and refund you minus a 15% restock fee and any charges that the carrier charged us for your refusal (including but not limited to original shipping charges, carrier's refusal charges, and return shipping charges). Please be sure you want your order before you order!
