"I bought a \"new\" Palm Tungsten e2 hand held. Although the product (originally manufactured beginning 2005) was new, the battery must have past its date and discharged shortly after charging. This battery solved my problems. Customer service is perfect and explained what to expect with shipping this type of battery."
