TERMS: We ONLY guarantee and warranty our battery to power each of the specific device/machine models (not battery #) in the list above and to be charged using the original charger/adapter as specified in the above listed original device's manual or a charger replacement that we sell specifically for your selected battery. If our battery replacement is known to not work with a specific above listed original device's charger (even if that charger is specified as compatible in the original device's manual) we will note that clearly on our website and/or during checkout. If you return this battery because it does not work with a device/machine (not battery #) that is not listed above for ANY reason or because you do not have the correct original charger (or a charger we sell specifically for this selected battery), then you will be responsible for: return shipping costs, a 15% standard cancellation fee, plus any damage or scratches you cause to the battery from improper packaging/shipping or from attempting to use the battery in an incompatible device or charger (damaged returns are not accepted). A battery that has been deeply discharged (for example, from leaving it connected too long to a machine not listed above or an incompatible charger or a machine/charger that is not in proper working order without properly recharging the battery) cannot be sold again and therefore is NOT returnable and cannot be refunded nor replaced under warranty. Deep discharge damages the battery's cells permanently.
