"I'm very impressed with Batteryship. Seems Moto changed the battery type in my phone, so I ended up ordering the wrong one. Batteryship's return/exchange policy was very smooth. They suggested that I reorder the right battery while my return was being processed to save time. As soon as they received the return battery they credited my account right away. "The battery is working very well. The tool kit that came with the battery had all the parts that I needed. The on-line video helped me tremendously. It was clear (I did run through it several times to make sure I understood how to do the steps.) The steps to take out the old battery and put the new one in were actually simple. The hardest part was taking out the 14 (!) TINY screws the company had designed into the product to hold it together. My guess is that they really didn't want anyone to fo..."
